Drew Brown

Drew Brown is a trial lawyer who has a reputation as an ardent advocate for his clients’ interests. In an era where cases often settle before litigation or at mediation, Drew Brown has repeatedly taken personal injury and business disputes to trial. He has been selected as one of the top attorneys under the age of 40 in North Carolina by Super Lawyers (“Rising Stars”). In 2012, Business North Carolina named him as one of only three attorneys in both the “Young Gun” and “Litigation” category of North Carolina’s Legal Elite. The selections were based exclusively on ballots sent to each of the 20,856 members of the North Carolina State Bar.
Brown has tried a case to a verdict at least five times each year since 2008—a run which has included jury trials in eight different North Carolina counties. Because of his significant trial experience, Brown is regularly hired by other attorneys both in and out of North Carolina as a consultant for their own jury trials. Even at this early stage of his career, Brown has already handled hundreds of civil matters for a diverse range of matters ranging from business litigation, personal injury and property disputes to family law matters such as divorce and custody. His clients have spanned from well known entities like Verizon Wireless, United Parcel Service and the Atlantic Coast Conference to regular North Carolinians who have been injured by the negligence of others.
Prior to forming this law firm in 2006, Brown worked for Smith Moore LLP and Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, two of North Carolina’s largest law firms. His experience on both sides of the aisle make him the ideal choice as the strong advocate you need to represent your interests. He was an Eagle Scout, Valedictorian of his high school class, and graduated with honors from Wake Forest University and then Duke University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Missouri.
